Withdraw a link
Stop a film's or deck's share link playing everywhere it was shared or embedded.
Withdrawing a link stops it playing at once, everywhere it was sent or embedded.
Steps
- In the web app, open Links and press the film or deck's title.
- Press Withdraw, then confirm.
The link disappears from the Links page. Anyone who opens it, or an embed of it, sees "This film is not available".
What stays
- The recording stays in Recordings. Once no link plays it, you can delete it if you want to.
- The film on your Mac is not touched.
Instead of withdrawing
- To show people a newer version, publish that version. The link keeps its address.
- To stop people outside your organisation watching, change Anyone with the link to Your organisation on the link's page.
