Remove someone
Take someone out of your organisation, signing them out everywhere at once.
When someone leaves, an owner or admin can remove them. They are signed out everywhere at once, on every machine and in the web app, and cannot sign in again unless they are invited.
Steps
- In the web app, open Organisation.
- Under People, press Remove beside their name.
- Confirm.
They stay in the list, greyed out and marked removed.
What happens to their work
Recordings, links, kits and comments belong to the organisation, so they stay.
Rules
- Only an owner can remove an owner.
- The last owner cannot be removed. Make someone else an owner first.
- You cannot remove yourself.
Let them back in
Press Invite again beside their name. They rejoin as a member when they next sign in.
