Make a film and deck from a prototype
Turn a finished prototype into a film and a slide deck, both marked Concept.
Once Claude has added the feature to your prototype, you can film it and make a deck from it like any app.
In the app
- Open the prototype from Prototypes.
- Under Film and deck, press Make the film. This makes a film wired to the prototype, with one line per screen to start from.
- Press Make the deck. This makes a deck with a title slide and a slide for each screen, from stills of the prototype.
- Open them with Open the film and Open the deck, which take the place of those buttons, and write the words as for any film or deck. You can also ask Claude in Claude Code to carry on.
Both are marked Concept unless the prototype's Mark its films and decks Concept box is unticked. See The Concept mark.
In the terminal
showreel prototype film team-reviewshowreel prototype deck team-reviewAdd --film <name> or --deck <name> to choose the folder name. The film starts at films/team-review and the deck at decks/team-review.
Recording it
The prototype gets its own app profile, so writing the storyboard, recording and building work as for any film. A cloud recording sends the whole prototype folder with the job.
